How Can I Make a Reservation?
Guests may submit a booking inquiry through our official channels:
Once processed, a booking confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp. A deposit payment is required to secure and confirm your reservation.
What Documents Are Required?
For National Park registration and trip administration:
- Foreign guests: Passport copy
- Indonesian guests: KTP (ID card) copy
These documents ensure accurate registration and compliance with Komodo National Park regulations.
How Do I Confirm My Reservation?
Step 1 – Identification Submission
Guests must submit a scanned copy or clear photo of their passport (foreign guests) or KTP (Indonesian guests) for registration purposes.
Step 2 – Deposit Payment
A minimum deposit of 50% of the total trip cost is required. Your booking is officially confirmed once the deposit is received. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before departure.
What Payment Methods Are Available?
We provide secure payment options:
- Bank transfer
- Credit card payment (3% administrative fee applies)
- Website payment (tax and service fees may apply)
- All transaction and bank fees are the responsibility of the guest.
When Should I Arrive?
- Guests are strongly recommended to arrive one day before the trip to ensure smooth coordination and avoid travel disruptions.
Pick-Up & Arrival Information
- Arrival and pick-up details must be submitted at least 2 days prior to arrival.
Arriving by Flight
- Provide airline name, flight number, and arrival time for airport pick-up arrangements.
Arriving by Fast Boat
- Provide fast boat company name and arrival time.
- Share hotel name and pick-up area for coordination.
Pick-Up Coverage
- Lombok Area: Gili Trawangan, Gili Meno, Gili Air, Mataram, Senggigi, Kuta Lombok, Bangsal
- Labuan Bajo Area: Hotels within Labuan Bajo city
Terms of Payment
- Minimum 50% deposit within 24 hours after invoice issuance
- Remaining balance due 7 days before departure
- Full payment required for website bookings
- Proof of payment must be submitted for verification
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- 60 days before departure: Eligible for 100% refund (minus admin fees)
- Within 30 days: 50% cancellation fee
- Less than 30 days: Non-refundable
- Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 1 month before departure and are subject to availability.
- Force majeure cases (natural disasters, extreme weather, government regulations) will be reviewed individually.
Medical & Health Information
All participants must be in good physical condition. Guests must inform us of:
- Medical conditions
- Allergies
- Dietary requirements
Basic first aid is provided onboard. Guests must bring personal medication, including prescribed medicine and preventive treatments.
Limitation of Liability
Buana Komodo Indonesia Tour acts as an intermediary between guests and third-party service providers, including boat operators and accommodation providers. Once onboard, full operational and safety responsibility rests with the boat operator.
Buana Komodo Indonesia Tour is not liable for delays, cancellations, injuries, losses, or disruptions caused by weather, sea conditions, natural disasters, government actions, or third-party service providers.
Travel Insurance Recommendation
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering:
- Trip cancellation
- Medical expenses
- Emergency evacuation
- Travel delays
Buana Komodo Indonesia Tour is not responsible for financial losses arising from the absence of valid travel insurance.

By completing your payment, you confirm full acceptance of all booking terms, policies, and conditions stated above.
